We will not be syncing over product listings for personalized items unless you're part of our automated personalization beta group!
- If you'd like to be part of our beta test group, just fill out this form and follow the tutorial (only works for Shopify web stores currently, not Comment Sold stores).

All other personalized orders MUST be placed directly on the wholesale site! There is a text box there where you can enter the custom names and each product listing has instructions for ordering.
