Shopify Glitch
Shopify is having issues publishing items to websites today. They're working on a fix, but in the meantime here's a workaround:
- Pull up the items in bulk editor and make them unavailable on the online store and save, then make them available again and save, they should all show up.
Embroidered Sweatshirts
We're coming up on the estimated ship date for these (late March), so wanted to give you an update!

You guys ordered a TON of these, so it's taken a little longer to finish them than we had hoped.

The first few boxes are en route to us currently. They are being shipped to us in batches as they are completed, so we'll just send them back out as soon as we receive them.

They should all ship to us by the middle of next week, so then we'll just need transit time + time to get them back in the mail to your customers.
We're opening a second order next week and limiting quantities to just 300 sweatshirts! We can do more soon, but wanted to make 100% sure that any ordered for Mother's Day gifts would arrive on time 
These are GORGEOUS and will be worth the wait!!
Oversells
- When super hot items sell out, we’ve started dropping quantities on those variants to negative numbers. This helps prevent oversells on preauthorized waitlists when a a quantity of one is randomly added back into inventory (from a canceled order, failed charge, etc).
- This works great but can affect any “On Hand” inventory you’ve entered into Ave Tech. For example, if the variant is at -1 to avoid oversells and you add 1 to On Hand inventory, the quantity on Shopify would be changed from -1 to 0, and therefore still not be available to purchase on your site.
- In this case, after adding your on hand quantity in Ave Tech, just change your Shopify quantity back to 1 (or however many you have on hand) so the item is available to purchase on your site.
- We're working on developing a better long term solution for this!
